Activate your benefit account

As soon as your employer sets up your Múza benefit account, we will send an email with an activation link to your contact address. If you do not receive the email, please contact us using the form below.

To activate, you will need a smartphone, your email address, and a strong password.

Connect your account with the MúzaPay app

To make the most of your benefits, you need the MúzaPay mobile wallet at hand. You can find it on the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery.

To connect the app, you will need a smartphone, your Múza account password, and a 4-digit security code.

Pay for benefits using a QR code in the MúzaPay app

In my world, you’ll find several payment methods. One of them is paying via QR code using the MúzaPay mobile app. Thanks to this, you can purchase your benefits quickly, simply, and above all, securely. You can use it to pay both online and on-site at selected partners.

You will need your smartphone and the installed MúzaPay app, linked to your Múza account. How does it work online?

Pay for benefits using the Benefit Plus virtual card

Another payment method is the Benefit Plus virtual card. You can use it to pay not only in online stores of partners where MúzaPay hasn't been introduced yet but also in brick-and-mortar shops.

To use the Benefit Plus card, you need to transfer benefit funds to it within MúzaMarket. You can do this easily in a few steps—even during an online payment.

Shop for benefits in brick-and-mortar stores

You can now purchase benefits in person using a QR code (MúzaPay) or the virtual card (Benefit Plus). Both payment methods are found in the MúzaPay mobile app. Please verify beforehand which payment method the specific partner supports.

Payment via MúzaPay QR code is very intuitive. When paying with the Benefit Plus card, it is important to ensure beforehand that you have sufficient funds loaded on the virtual card.

You can top up your Benefit Plus card in a few simple steps on your smartphone. You will find the detailed procedure in the video below. At the checkout, simply tell the cashier your card number, which you can find in the MúzaPay app or in the "My Account" section of MúzaMarket.

If you haven't received the activation email, please check your spam folder first. If you don't find it there either, contact us using the contact form. Or call the customer support line listed at the bottom of this webpage.

The first login must be done via the activation email. The link inside is generated specifically for you. If your account is already active, check that you are entering the correct login credentials, including the correct case sensitivity (uppercase/lowercase). If you still can't log in, you can reset your password. The procedure is shown in the instructional video above. All internal benefits you are used to can be found in MúzaMarket in the top right corner under the "Internal Benefits" tab. Clicking this button will take you to the MúzaIn web application, where you will find an overview of internal benefits, discounts, and all other information you are looking for.

MúzaPay is a mobile payment app that allows you to pay conveniently at our partners using various payment methods. Over time, it will eliminate the need for the complex distribution of plastic cards—keeping your payment system always at hand right in your phone.

One of the key innovations is payment via QR code. Thanks to QR payments, you can pay at thousands of partners who do not have payment terminals. This form of payment is highly secure, has a low environmental impact, and extends the availability of benefits to places where they otherwise wouldn't be possible.

MúzaIn is a web application where you will find all your internal benefits.

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. However, we are preparing this feature so you can share your benefits with family members.

You can find your Benefit Plus virtual payment card in the MúzaPay mobile app or in MúzaMarket under the "My Account" tab. When paying with this card, you will be asked to provide its number or show a barcode. Instructions on how to pay with the Benefit Plus card in online stores and brick-and-mortar shops can be found above on this page in steps 4 and 5.

In person, you can pay for benefits using a QR code (MúzaPay) or the Benefit Plus virtual payment card. Both payment methods can be found in the MúzaPay app. Payment via MúzaPay QR code is very intuitive. When paying via the Benefit Plus virtual card, you just need to have sufficient funds loaded on the card. The instructional video in Step 5 will show you how to transfer funds to the card. At the checkout, simply show the barcode or tell the staff the card number.

In online stores, you can currently pay using a QR code via the MúzaPay mobile app or via the Benefit Plus virtual card. Payment via QR code should always be your first choice, as it is the simplest payment method with the highest security. We are rolling out this method with our partners gradually; therefore, for those where it is not yet available, you can pay using the mentioned Benefit Plus card. Detailed instructions can be found in steps 3-5.

Forgot your account password?

Forgot your account password? Creating a strong password is hard; remembering it is even harder. If you forget yours, don’t worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the link on the MúzaMarket login page.

To reset your password, you will need a smartphone, your email address, and a new strong password.
