Once your employer has set up your benefit account, we’ll send an email to your mailbox with a link to activate it. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us using the form below.

To activate, you’ll need a smartphone, your email address, and a strong password.

Link your account with the MúzaPay app

To make the most of your benefits, you need to have the MúzaPay mobile wallet on hand. You can find it in the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery.

To link the app, you’ll need a smartphone, your Múza account password, and a four-digit security code.

Pay for benefits using the MúzaPay app

In my environment, you will find a brand-new payment method – payment via QR code using the MúzaPay mobile payment app. It makes getting your benefits fast, easy, and, most importantly, secure. You can pay with it online at selected partners.

You will need your smartphone and the downloaded MúzaPay mobile app linked to your Múza account.

Buy benefits in brick-and-mortar stores

If you plan to purchase benefits in person, first make sure you have sufficient funds in your benefit account.
After completing your purchase, tell the shop assistant at the checkout that you wish to pay via the MúzaPay mobile app.
You will need your smartphone and the downloaded MúzaPay mobile app linked to your Múza account.

Forgot your account password?

Creating a strong password is hard – remembering it is even harder.If you forget your password, no need to worry. You can easily reset it by clicking on the link in your MúzaMarket login.
To reset your password, you will need your smartphone, your email address, and a new strong password.

I haven’t received an email with a link to activate my account – what should I do?

I can’t log into my Múza benefit account. What should I do?

The first login must be done via the activation email. The link in it is generated exclusively for you. If your account is already activated, make sure you enter the correct access details, including the appropriate lower- and upper-case letters. If you are still unable to log in, you can reset your password. The procedure can be found listed above in the manual.

What is MúzaPay?

MúzaPay is a mobile payment app that you can use to pay for benefits using a QR code.We’re gradually rolling out this payment method to all of our partners.

Thanks to QR code payments, we can also serve thousands of partners without payment terminals. This form of payment has the highest level of security against abuse and the lowest environmental impact.
